That's a good idea Vicki - I need to have that done - noone has taken my picture since my surgery.  I'd like to have a slimmer pic in my profile now - the face is slimmer than the body so far  lol

Congratulations on the fabulous weight loss!!!

When I did my update pictures, I held up a piece of cardboard with the date and what I weighed.  I wish I'd done it in all of them but happened to write down the date and weight every time I had my picture made so I put it on the back.

Thank you Laura - I am going to get my daughter to make my picture tomorrow and i'll try to get it posted soon.  That's a super idea about the sign with your date and weight.  I guess I don't even care if people know I weigh 329!  LOL

Maybe I'll make some pics with the sign and some without!  :-)

WOW!   How wonderful for you!   Great job and keep up that hard work.  I saw your other posts about exercise as well....and you are so right-exercise is a must to keep up the losses.  The weather has been so inspiring lately to heck with water aerobics; jump outside and take a walk!
 I am so happy for you!

Thank you Sonja!  I would love to take a walk but right now it wouldn't last long because of my horrible knees - I need knee replacements when I get my weight off. 

The water aerobics would be perfect - no impact on the knees and I used to love the water.  I think I could probably pull myself out of the water now that I've lost 100 lbs.  Before this I thought I would never be able to get out of the pool if I did get in!  LOL

That is soo awesome. I am very happy for you. I bet you were dancing in the streets! I would have been...heck I am happy at 30 pounds. I cannot imagine what you are thinking or feeling it must be AMAZING!
