More Happy Dancing Here!!!!!
I saw Dr. Shina for my 4 month checkup Wednesday afternoon and it's official - I'm down 100 lbs! Dance, dance, dance, dance........ ;-) The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I was an idiot - I forgot this Thursday was the support group night at Suburban. I could have gone! I was in Louisville with my parents and drove home around 3:30 PM - if I had been smart I would have realized that and stayed a few hours longer so I could see a bunch of you gals and hear the wise doctors answer questions.... Oh well, there's always NEXT month!
The 2 1/2 hour drive from here to Louisville makes it hard to get there - but I'm gonna try again for next month. Eventually I hope to be living in Louisville and then I won't have that problem!

Wow congrats Cindy! If you want to dance the next time you're in town call me and we'll go to support group then cross the street and shake a leg at Hooters- better wear suspenders though or those baggy pants might droop!
Let me know when you are planning to move and I'll look around my neighborhood for houses so I can have a walking buddy nearby.

Oh, Dana, living near you and having a walking buddy nearby would be wonderful! Do you live in a low income area? Because I am low income living on a teacher's retirement pension! lol I really appreciate all the help I can get trying to find a house - when I get closer to that step I will be sure to look near you!
I can hardly wait to shake a leg at Hooters - oh! You meant MY leg, not a chicken leg didn't you? LOL I have never been to Hooters, but my brother bought me a Hooters T-shirt for a get well gift at the hospital when I had my bypass. I think it's gonna fit soon! LOL
Baggy pants are wonderful - I love it when I can pull my non-elastic jeans down without unzipping them!
Thanks for the super comments - they put a smile all over my face!
Hugs,
Cindy

Thanks - I didn't realize I had lost that much - I did a double take when Dr. Shina told me I had lost 100 lbs. The official weight (with clothes and shoes) was only 99 lbs but Dr. Shina said I can just call it 100, so I am! LOL I know my clothes and shoes would weigh at least a pound! hehehe
I remember you met that 100 lb milestone not so long ago too and I was thrilled for you - and I saw your recent post with before and after pics - you are looking so great!!! Isn't it amazing what this surgery has done? And the future is so bright - even more good stuff to come.
Hugs,
Cindy
