Support groups in Prestonsburg, Pikeville, Paintsville area???

I love this site! I am 13 days post- op tomorrow and this site and the people have helped me so much. I wondering if anybody knows of any local support groups. I would like to get some face time with people. Thanks!!!

   my name is Lisa, and there isn't a real support group that I know of, but usually once a month me and 3 other ladies get together and go out and eat, and we talk to each other and help each other out, the other 3 is Holli, Katrina, and Leslie. I am sure they will also respond when they get on here, we have tried to get others to meet us out, and they have yet to do it!! you would be more than welcome!!
  congrats on having the surgery, where are you from, we are from johnson, magoffin and floys counties!!

I am 14 months post-op now.

Where is Banner?

Actually ladies, my mom is coming to visit tomorrow and we are going to dinner around 6:30ish..........probably Reno's in Prestonsburg or Mandarin House in Paintsville.  Anyone and Everyone is welcome to join us!.

Her phone line is out due to a  fallen tree so will have to reach her later!

You all can call me at 886-1676 Friday evening after 4:40 and hopefully I will have a definite location on that dinner!

I am not 100% sure but I believe Highlands has support group meeting, as they are now doing surgery there.
