ok - this is sort of accountability thread to keep me on track

I plan on getting down this bottle of crystal lite, washing my face and getting out of the house

not before drinking an 8 oz glass of milk

going to Sam's club, getting lunch stuff, and other assorted groceries

Home again for lunch of chicken salad and another glass of milk

off to get kids from school, working on 2nd day of first week of couch to 5k

dinner, grilled chicken, corn on the cob and green salad

another glass of milk and maybe some sf pudding

gotta get in 2 more bottles of crystal lite somewhere and add up the protein to make sure that's enough

hmmmmmm

and it would be nice to get into my craft room and put a few things away - oh and find the bolts to my easel.

so what's your plan?
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

To hop on the bus, Gus!  LOL!  Sorry!  But, when I read your title of the message, that song popped in my head (and has been there all morning now!).

My plan:

eat breakfast (well, drink it!)  - Done!

Work - Done!

Eat lunch (refried beans, shredded chicken and green chilies all mixed together) - doing it now

Work

Exercise after school (getting back in the habit, so I started Walk Away the Pounds yesterday)

Pick up kids from Daycare

Go home and fix dinner (pork loin and broccoli)

Go to a meeting

Come home and get ready for bed!

Have already had 20 oz. of water.  I need to work on that more.  And those darn vitamins...got to get those in too!

Tomorrow I get to start on REAL food!!!  Whoopie!  I've been starving!
