My plan for the day:

1) Run a load of laundry ~~ COMPLETED!

2) Pay off medical bills from Pebbles and Bam Bam ~~~ COMPLETED!!

3) Continue to ignore this King Sized PayDay candy bar I found in my purse!!  (might need a bookie to get odds on this one!)

4)  Finish my coffee (It's 12:07 but I got up a little late) and go to the gym for a FULL workout.

5)  Lunch (i'm thinking tuna salad) and shower before Gracie's bus gets here.

6) Grocery store run for milk, bread, etc.

other than that:

Dinner will be Chicken Enchiladas

Dessert will be a CIB hot chocolate

Okay, so I think I have hit my first plateau.  For the past 2 weeks, I've gone up and down w/the same pound.  Now...I also think that maybe my body is just playing catch up with itself.  I have lost 23 pounds since the beginning of February, and that's a lot in 2 1/2 months, right?  Maybe it's that?  Who knows!  But, I will say that I put on a shirt today that was snug and not so much anymore!  AND I pulled out my old spring capris and such and tried them on and they fit!  22's...they were a little snug in the tummy, but should fit in a month.  (Maybe by then it will be warm enough to wear them!   LOL!)  So, here are my plans for today:

Breakfast:  matrix shake w/skim milk
Morning snack:  Almonds
Lunch:  Potato soup w/cheese
Afternoon snack:  Carb Masters Yogurt from Kroger (new for me...gonna try the Pomegrante Strawberry one)
Dinner:  Refried beans concotion I made (beans, shredded chicken, green chilies and salsa) Gonna make them into enchiladas for the family.  I'm just going to eat a 1/2 cup of it in a bowl.

After school today, I'm going to start the Walk Away the Pounds video in my office.  My house just isn't big enough for me to exercise with the kids there.  I need to get moving...maybe jog my metabolism!

Get my water in!

I'm having a hard time with my vitamins.  I bought the Centrum chewables because I didn't like the Flinstone...both are yuck!  I need to find some that taste good!  Any suggestions?

have a great day, everyone!

Hey Kelli

I bought the centrum adult chewables, but won't be buying another bottle....Yuck is right.
I have heard that Optisource (available at Wallgreen's ) are pretty decent. That is what I will be trying next.

I had some oatmeal with protein.
Then I had a couple of bites of chili and now I am eating 30cc's turkey meat with a touch of lite mayo and mustard.
I will try to get in some protein shake in this afternoon.

Have a great afternoon one and all.

I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
