Hello;
One month plus a few days out and I'm feeling a little weak.
I'm trying to follow the surgery book as far as diet etc but still feeling a little weak.
Should I do a blood test to check for anything?
Maybe this is normal.
I'm in Pike Co. (not that has anything to do with being weak).

David,

 I do not know about your surgery, so  I cannot post on that. But, I would say everyone heals at different rate and if you are concerned contact your surgeon's office.

Good luck and take care of yourself.

do please call your surgeon if you notice anything unusual

but I think feeling weak is probably normal, you've had a major surgery and it takes time to heal.  I felt great at about 4-6 weeks out and then resumed my normal activities and felt tired all the time and weak.  It took another 4-6 weeks to get back to normal.

Go easy on yourself and make sure to stay in touch with your doctor

PS - love Pike Co.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you.  Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information.  Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.
