just wanted to pop in and say hi, I don't spend near as much time on the computer lately, maybe it is a sprng thing, got alot to do, just need to do it, I spring cleaned the kitchen a few days ago, think I will do the bathroom today.

I took Jeff to the dr today for his Nexium refill. Then went to WalMart and got things to make French Toast with. MMMMmmmmMMMMM it was good. I had one slice with sugar free syrup and some bacon.
