I am such a dork!

  Today went to my two week check up and  guess what I forgot to ask??? How much weight have I lost?  oh, my how silly.  From what I can tell it is about 18-20 pounds.
   All went well. He was happy I still had quite a bit of pain med at home. I feel considerably better today. I hope that I am  past that corner and feeling even better tomorrow.  I get to have milk soon too. I am waiting a couple of days as I just added chicken and tuna. Figured not too much at once.
I have to start benefiber and iron soon and need to get sublingual B. But, so far so good on calcium and multis.   

All, all is well and I get to eat more foods...life is going well.

don't feel like a dork!! I bet you were nervous, I know I always am at dr.s appts. and you know you are losing, so don't beat yourself up. you are doing great so far, you just wait 2 or 3 months,  you will feel like a different person!!!

Your not a dork. I bet it was just your nerves that had you a lil rattled.

Just do everything the dr tells ya.

LOL - I had my 1st appointment on Monday and did the same thing!!
