After expecting a gain this week from all the Reese's eggs I had.. I was SO SURPRISED to see a 2 lb loss.. I CAN"T.. let me repeat..CAN"T believe it!!! I had to get on and off the scale 3 times to make sure.... Guess because I really didn't eat much BUT candy..(Shhh!!!!!)

So from the start of the challenge I was 231 and this am I was 214  so total loss of 17 lbs for the challenge!!!! I can stay I'm HAPPY with that!!!!! That brings me to a grand total of 76 lbs since surgery in August!!!

I think doing these challenges keeps me motivated!!!! so Lets do another!!! I liked Becka's idea too!

Can't wait to hear how everyone else has done!

Great job, Sandi!  You have kicked butt!

I did really well.  I think this challenge got me ready for my surgery.  I started the challenge at 288 and today weighed 266...22 pounds lost.  I know that journaling and water helped in that (so did a liquid diet pre and post op!).

I know my partner, Laura, did really well, too!  Zipping up those size 18's and running in 5K's...what out, world!!

Okay...I need to keep this motivation up...when does the next contest start?

Kelly,

You did better than I did by far. You need to e-mail me your address so I can get you that gift card.  Where would you like me to get it?

I did two of the goals.  Zipped up the size 18 jeans and got under 200 pounds.  I didn't really get 4 days of exercise until 3 weeks ago.  I exercised 4 times a week but two of those were in one day.  And I ate above 1300 calories several times.  Yes, I'm doing a 5k Saturday but I'm a lot slower than the people who finished last year.

Well I got in all my fluids, protein and I managed to walk 10 mins a day !
So I met all goals. As long as I keep things in writing then I can usually met the goals I have down. So I'm proud of my self.
