Accountability: Diet and Exercise for Wensday, april 8th

 Here is THE PLAN for today..
  EXERCISE 33 MINUTES...
PLAN TO DO A MILE ON the treadmill and 13 minutes on the gazelle.
 I plan to do 60 ounces of water
and the food plan is::

  breakfast- 1 cup of honeycomb in 1% milk
 lunch- 1/2 cup of squash and potatoes in i cant beleive its not butter
           with half of a turkey smoked sausage w/ cheddar
 snack- protein bar
 snack- peanuts  if i need these i shouldn't but im packing them in case..
 dinner-- little cesear's pizza
dont know what the totals are but will daily plate it in a bit!!
 HAVE A GREAT DAY! I will be at Charlotte's, available on text if anyone needs me :-)

Hey, I like the plan concept!!  It might help keep me on track if I know the plan PLUS If i screw it up it atleast looked good at one point right??  I'll come back and adjust it later of course!!

OK, I"m drinking my morning latte made with 120z 1% milk right now.  (165 calories, 20 carbs, 12 protein)

Once I do that I will haul my fanny up to the YMCA to do my strength training circuit and 30 minutes cardio.

I WILL get in my FULL 64 oz of fluids today as well.

The rest of my food day will look like this:

Brunch:  twisted protein bar (190 calories, 21 carbs, 15 protein)
Late lunch:  1/2 cup egg salad and a string cheese (?? on the counts)
Dinner:  grilled chicken with grilled pineapple and Vidalias
Dessert: IF there is any dessert involved tonight it will be a hot CIB

I also have TONS of things to do around the house today so I guess I better get started huh??

got me thinking.  sad I don't have a plan today. ...until now!   lol

B:  SF vanilla latte from McD's w/ non-fat milk, 1/2 egg mcmuffin
L:  steak burrito from Mc's
S:  EAS carb advantage protein drink (french vanilla)
D:  going to El Azul's so probably a steak or chicken taco
S:   WW cheese square and some grapes

That has been the norm lately.  During the move, I have been eating out way too much!  Can't wait to get back on track and make healthier choices.

As far as work outs go.  Been getting that.  Lots of stairs, lifting, squatting etc!   Moving is tough work.

Okay, maybe this will turn the scale around.

B: Muffin, prunes
L: Lean Cuisine Chicken Panini
S: String Cheese and 10 Grapes
D:  Grilled pork chop, cabbage, corn
S:  100 calorie Lorna Doone Shortbread Cookies

Run/walking 3.1 miles.

Going to try to drink all my water today.  Maybe that's why I'm gaining weight. 

Edit:  Took ground round and lima beans off of supper.  Had a change of plans.
