Hello it's a new week (Spring Challenge)

Do you all want to do your updates for the Spring Fling Challenge?

I met all of my goals. I have worked really hard on meeting the goals I set. Some days it is hard to get in all of the fluids and proteins your suppose to. But I manage to do so. And I'm proud of this. And to push and do at least 10  mins of walking a day can be hetic to get around to doing.

This week has been weird.  My body is rebelling.

1) Still under 200 pounds but came close to going over.  I was at 199 
    1/2 yesterday morning.
2) I ate under 1300 calories all week.
3) The size 18s zip
4) I exercised 5 times this week no less than 40 minutes. 

My weight was going up.  It stopped this morning but I don't know what it was unless it was the running.  I went into a panic mode.  But this morning, I was down 2 pounds from yesterday.  Two more to go to get to where I was last Monday.

sorry I forgot to do this today!! I got distracted...
  I have stayed the same weight this week, so thats good..
not lost anything since todds went in the hospital.. ughh..
so I conceded all ready to sandi!!!

I am up 3 pounds since last week.   I know it is because of the snacking!!  I need to cut that out.
Did good with my water and exercise.  Not so good with the emotional eating...

I'm doing really well.  As of today, since starting this challenge in February, I've lost 20 pounds!  Of course, having to be on liquids the past few months has helped!  LOL!  But, I'm officially on mushies now!  YEAH!! 
I've done well on my other goals, except exercising...but, will get back to that soon!
