C'mon...get up!

Its Monday...yucky as it is. But the sooner we get it over with the faster that it will be over! I am off to Dr appt and then to the store. First day back for Kathy...this will be stressful for us both I am sure. I am going to talk to her about cutting back to three days a week for awhile. Things at home suck and I need to get alot done here. I did find someone with a baby boutiqe that wants to carry my cakes! So I need to get busy on them! Hope you all have a good day...or try to! Dawn you can do a few miles for me ok?! Lol Later all!
Happy Monday to you all! I'm back to work today...and what a dreary day it is! It even snowed here!! Not enough to stick, but it still snowed! That kills me...here we are, April 6th...and we get snow.
Anyway...I have done something to my lower back. It is killing me! I don't know if it's a reaction from last week's surgery and me trying to get in and out of my bed or the van and I kinked it or what, but it hurts. I've been doing a heating pad and one of those chair massagers, but it only provides temporary relief. I icyhot it at night as well. If I sit to long, it gets stiff, and if I stand to long, it hurts. I think I'm going to try a chiropractor first and see if it's just a temporary pain from my moving after surgery or what. Other than that, my port site doesn't hurt anymore! And I'm starving! Mushies starts Wednesday! YEAH, Mushies!! I am so tired of soup! I have pureed EVERY soup on the market...don't want any more soup for a long time! LOL!

Yeah Monday!!
First day back to chool for Gracie and first day back in the gym for me!
I did about 35 minutes on the weiht machines and 30 minutes on the treadmill. I have also gotten in HALF my water for the day!!! According to my math I've also had 36 grams of protein. between supper and a snack I should have that base covred too!!
Am I kicking butt today or what??
Kelly, likely you irritated a muscle or nerve in your lower back from carrying yourself differently and being protective of your sugical site. Does your doc approve of using anti-inflammatories?? I bet a couple days of those and you'll be good as new! If you are tired of soups try something else blenderized and thinned out....right now, cream of wheat comes to mind but not sure what your carb protocol is. Oh yeah, try Chocolate no sugar added Carnation Instant Breakfast warmed up....a yummy treat with about 13 grams of protein when made with milk.

ahhaha!! So this morning I got up and thought about it.. for along time, but Im back on track, woohooo!!
32 minutes in cardio , played with weights and i have done good so far foodwise...
I rock!!! Becca and I rock!! lol!!!
I miss you guys!!!! hopefully I will be able to post more now.. for awhile anyway...

Ok...all you people who are eating right and working out are poop heads! Lol I am trying to get mine in picking up toys etc. i make myself bend over for each block and let me tell ya...this boy has alot of blocks! i also went to the grocery, did two loads of laundry, showered and am getting ready to head to my workshop! I got in a lot of fluids! 64 ozs by one o'clock! i had coffee with dinner (2 cups) thus explains the energy burst! Dawn tell your mom I said thanks again! The dryer has been a lifesaver! I am going to try to post a couple pics here of my cakes....hope it works!
