is there anyone here

anyone on here that works in what use to be sonnanstine's office??? I've tried calling for a straight 2 weeks now and can't get no one to answer the phone...or call back for that matter. I'm needing a reciept of the program fee that I payed  but never got thru the mail. Anyone help:?

Nope but you could call the Georgetown center where he is at now.. They may can help you...

what about your canceled check or your bank statement?  That is proof of paymnet. 

I put it on a walmart card and payed over the phone. They don't do that I think without a card number...and I haven't the card number no more...I used it two days before it ran out and threw it out. I know...dumb thing to do

Wow no one is answering the phones there so what about people who are trying to get their records. Not only did Saint Luke screw over a great doctor and his superb staff but they are screwing over their patients to. That completely sucks. I wish you all the luck getting your reciept. I am sorry this has happened to you. 

Yeah but they are nice enough to finally agree to send my money back...THANK GOD! But in order for me to make an app. at Georgetown, I have to wait til I get my records before I can see Sonnanstine. But since I can't get them to answer the phone...I can't find out if my records are on the way or what the problem is. So hopefully they have already sent them out. About how long does it take to get your records??? Thanks...Good luck to you as well

I requested my records from St Luke and it took a week and a half to get them.  I went there to check on them and the list was long.  I was probably number 25 on a list of 40.  I picked up my records on March 31 and hand delivered them to Georgetown.  I wasn't taking any chances.  I too had a hard time getting them to answer the phone but they were good about calling me back within 24 hours.
