Wednesday.....humpity hump day!

yay...THE SUN IS OUT!
That alone makes it a good day! I came home yesterday to a very beautiful yard...the lawn mange is gone! Lol Dale had mowed, swept, and edged the entire yard and it looks great! hard to believe it is time to start that all again. But he enjoys it and it keeps him busy! My tulips are starting to bud as well as my lilac bush! Maybe I will actually get blooms on it this year! the last two have been ruined by later season snow! I am off to work today. Trying to get things caught up. I am closing the store for half the day tomorrow so that I can attend my boss' sisters funeral. It is a Catholic mass as well. Hope it is a sunny day that day. That's about it from down here! Enjoy the day all! Becka and Dawn....have a blast with the girls! Perfect day for an outing!

I agree...BRING on the SUN!!! Today, Rosemary and I are going to get our nails done at our local tech college. I'm having a pedicure and she's getting her fingernails painted. First, I have to try to figure out how to shave my legs! Still hurts to bend over!! I'm going to try to sit on the edge of the tub and and see if I can prop my leg up w/o pain. I'd hate to go and have hairy legs (or toes!) at my pedicure! LOL! Anyway, you all have a great day!

I'm up! It's 9:30 and that's a little late but considering I was up til 4am doing tax stuff and then finishing a vampire lovin' book I don't think that's too bad!
Gonna hop in the shower and meet Dawn and Katelyn in a couple of hours for a walk around the zoo (yeah, we can count that as exercise) but wanted to check on here first!

Wish I could join u ladies at the zoo! Unfortunately our Spring break is next week.
I just got back from a walk.. and I'm annoyed at neighbors who don't keep their dogs fenced in or have an electrical fence...At one point I'm surrounded and being followed by 3 different dogs.. WTH... Anyways... It's just annoying.
I made an attempt to mow the grass but cant get the mower started... But don't say i didn't TRY!!! LOL
You ladies enough your day and the zoo, and getting pedicures!!! lol

Sun, sun sun here it comes! Didn't ride into work today because I can't handle that ride 2 days in a row (also, have to plan ahead and have enough clothes to change into at work) BUT I got out, mowed the lawn and now all my neighbors are pissed because they now have to keep up with the Racke's (you know....like keeping up with the Jone's)
I am spending spring break next week seeing my new grand baby and I am really thrilled at that but the fact I have to go to North Dakota to 22 inches of snow, flooding and 18 degree temps is really depressing me....is it wrong to feel so NOT wanting to go see your grand daughter???? I have spring fever sooooooo bad and finally getting out in nice weather and I just cringe thinking of going up there (not because of my grand daughter-but because of the depression of gray and snow and cold....)
