Sol...the very best of luck to you girl! We are here for ya....just remeber to take a last before picture. I sure wish I had! I hates pics and refused to do it and regret it now since I cannot see the difference!

I'm glad you'll be with us on the loser's bench tomorrow.  The clear liquids were awful but think of the rewards you'll have after the surgery. 

I agree with Lee Ann.  Have someone make a before picture.  I worked until noon the day before my surgery and a girl at work wouldn't let me leave until she made a picture.  Boy, am I glad she did.  I have made a photo album of pictures taken every few months.  I'm so glad I have that to show my progression.  I would take a piece of paper and Sharpie and write the date on it and how much I weighed on it and hold it up so I'd know where I was in the picture.

Thank you for your warm thoughts and prayers.
I am excited.
I think I am ready...I have tons of things I think I need. I went to GNC and got some protien that supposed to be easier to digest and then some whey protien that you can bake with up to a certain temp called AnyWhey- so I can put it in soup and the like. I got a gold card so I can get 20% off  everyday on Ft. Knox GNC, and the first 7 days out on town.  I got some CIB, SF and soup, soup, soup, I got s/f  popscicles for now and after. (They are on sale at Kroger 2 for 3.) I got chewable growup viatmins and the supposed petite calcium tables which are bigger than my pinky nail.
So, Yes I think I am ready...oh, wait.... I need to pack...ha ha ha.
I did put a list into my blackberry when I asked the other day so I should be good.

I have given my info to Dannyell and Sandi has my cell, and then I am giving it to Dawn.  PM me if you want my info.
