Question about VSG?
Hi Everybody, I have another question.
Since I live in Henderson, Kentucky, across the river from Evansville, Indiana, I’m posting this on both the Indiana and Kentucky state forums.
I’m awaiting approval from my insurance company for Lap-Band surgery. While waiting, I’ve been doing a lot of reading about VSG (Vertical Sleeve) and was wondering if there are any surgeons that do this surgery in the Evansville, Indiana / Western Kentucky area?
I don’t know exactly how interested I might be, but better to look now than wonder about it later.

Hi Jerry I think I am as close as you are going to get on this board. I had the DS with Dr. Margaret Inman in Indianapolis, IN. I am sure you already know that the DS includes a gastric sleeve, as part of the surgery. I believe there is one surgeon in the Norton group who does the VSG - but I would highly recommend Dr. Inman, she is a great surgeon and I have no complaints, no problems and no bad effects from my DS at almost a year out.
