Girl, I know! I had to do it for 10 days pre-op...then had to drink that nasty Magnesium Citrate the night before. Do you have to drink that? It's awful!!

And tomorrow it will be just beginning! YEE HAH! On the day before my surgery I stood naked in front of a full length mirror (NOT a pretty site...and someday that image will erode from my retinas...LOL) and really looked at myself and said NEVER AGAIN!. This is the last time I will ever look at myself this way-both physically and mentally! What a turning point!
Remember, the journey is hard, frustrating, painful and glorious! But nothing worth achieving comes easily!

Kellie-- I do have to do Mag-cit and since steve has had so many tests of late...I had it at home. HOW SICK IS THAT????
You are all inspirations to me...thanks!
OH, and I am doing better with the liquids than I thought. I made homemade chili (a personal favorite) for the family yesterday and ate delicious broth, jello and a popscicle. Today made blueberry muffins and had black coffee which I have NEVER been a fan of. But, knowing you will loose your surgery date if you do not follow is a heck of a good reason to follow. Now, if I had to do this for a long time I might go crazy, but I WILL MAKE IT!!!
I hope you are all having a great Sunday. I have mom here and we are doing laundry and getting stuff done. I know it is a great releif to have her here for my hubby too. And the perks of Grandson seeing Gramma are ALWAYS great.
