My Doctor gave me a prescription for Chantix.  It helped me.

Thanks for helping a newbie.....I will ask my Dr. at my next appointment.....seeing how I am going through the whole mandatory six month wait loss.......I just figured the quicker I quit and start living healthier the easier it will be when I am approved for surgery......Thanx again...

My parents were both chain smokers (dad especially). I never thought I would see the day that they would both quit smoking but low and behold, their dentist prescribed them the Chantix to help with quitting. Its been over 8 months now and neither of them have smoked since! Seems to be a miracle pill. You may want to try it!
