Missing everyone, but plugging along

Hello Friends,
For some reason I have been blocked out getting my messages on OH. I finally got in today and found 2 messages from Feb. Cathy and Sande, I am so sorry I haven't answered you all. I'm fine, losing sooo slow, finally received some good restriction a week ago with a final count of 7 1/2 cc's in a 10 cc band. I truly think the weight loss will start again when my knees allow me to exercise again(pulled ligament). My biggest problem is eating after dinner. It is not real hunger at all, just wanting comfort I guess. I have tried to go back and read some of what I missed and it sounds like everyone is doing so well! I promise I will be better about staying connected , I know it helps. Another note, even though the pounds come off really slow, the inches are falling off. I'm grateful for that!

I've still got 5cc in a 10cc
I go Thursday for another fill and hoping he will give me one.. cause I don't have any restriction...
I know about the after dinner munchies too... mine start in the afternoons..LOL...

Well I certainly hope you got your crazy computer fixed because we missed you!!

Just keep plugging away at the evening munchy monster.  I find that if I allow for the treat at night in my daily totals (when I'm being good that is) then I don't suffer as much guilt!  My theory is if I plan for it, it's not a bad thing at all.

Pump up the liquids when you slow down on losing. That and make sure you are hitting the protein level your doctor set.

Even now, when I don't eat or drink enough, I start holding on to the weight. A couple of days of pushing fluids and protein and they fall off.
