2 day flu explains my absence

UGh, I got the flu this weekend...still not 100% but at least I am out of bed today.  My b-i-l got it and shared it with us!  Just hoping my son does not get hit at school.  He got the flu mist, but who knows. O, on the flip side I won't be going crazy on fatty or greasy foodsor sugary either.
Hoping you are all well and staying away from flu germs.....
this time next week I will be going into surgery...wooo hooo!

know the feeling I work at preschool also & wow I got it over the weekend stayed in bed all day sat & sunday still today not 100% but up & went to work ,hope you feel better soon

Sorry youve been feeling crappy this weekend. Hope you're getting better. And CONGRATS on your upcoming surgery. This will for sure be a busy week for you! 

Well, good thing you had it now instead of a week from now!  My  middle son has it today.  Both ends...poor guy!  Started last night and he's had it all day today.  I hope he'll be back to himself tomorrow.

 The doctors office told me that I should be fine, if I still felt badly on WEdnesday or Thursday call but she did not feel it would change my surgery.  PHEW- I called because I really do not want to mess up the surgery.

Thanks everyone....taking it easy.  I Don't work on Mondays so I tried to take it easy. I think I am beginning to feel better.  My stomach seems to be healing slowly.  I did not think I would be eating jello so sooon.  Ha ha ha
