spring fling challenge week 5!!
Wednesday is the big day! Starting to think I need to pack tonight! We're going to go up to Louisville tomorrow night and get a room so I can drink that Mag. Citrate there and not poop myself to Louisville the day of surgery.

I have been doing pretty good with getting in my fluids and walking or going to the gym. But... I have not been doing well with the snacking. I have this constant urge to be putting somthing in my mouth, expecially at night... I also eat too fast and too much and make myself sick. It is always carbs or sweets. I am considering going back on all liquids for a few days to break myself of the snacking/carbs/sweets.
Weight wise I am still down from when we started this. However, the way I have been eating makes me feel aweful!! Yesterday I did real good all day until I came home at night... then the munchie monster got me in his grips again.
I have to apologize for not posting consistently. I have a tendency to "forget" to post, when I am not doing well with my eating. So this week, I make a commitment to post my food everyday, no matter how bad it is.
