 Hi ladies, im posting this tonight because I have to be at the hospital early tommorrow.. They may have to go in and reopen Charlotte's incision and I want to make sure im there..
  So.. where do u stand this week?

  I HAVE  NOT learned to not eat my emotions!!
 I did not weigh this am, but friday I was down 2.5 pounds total since I started this.. Will weigh in the am, and post it sometime tommorrow.
 So where are you??

Well so far I have been able to hit all of my goals.
get in all my fluids
get in protein
walk 5 to 10 mins a day.


Highest Weight 335                      When I came home 330.2
Surgery Weight 321.4                   Current 170

Definitely got more than my share of exercise, but I have not been able to cycle all week....substituted it with power walking
Protein higher than carbs: 5/7 days MET!
Bike 30 mins 3/7 days-No, BUT did substitute with walking 3.5-4.0 mph
Weight training 4/7 days: Met

I feel like I am on track and doing pretty good.  I figure if I could meet all goals every week then my goals were too easy.  I expected this to be a little bit of a struggle and if I succeeded 100% of the time then I didn't set my goals high enough (that is just me-about myself and I also set my expectations quite high....and many times I disappoint myself!  LOL)

Well my eating has been crappy... I either ate the wrong things, did not eat at all, or ate because of emotions. Sometimes all three!  My moving each day goal was definitely met...spring cleaning the house! I have managed to get that ticker back down! I am so glad for that. Otherwise its a day by day thing!

Well I did meet my goals as well! Got in all my exercise etc...
Lost another 2 lbs
That makes a total of 70 lbs so far!!!!!!

Hey All that Spring Cleaning is good!!!! We've been doing some ourselves, don't know how spring it is.. but it needed to be done.
Got a house full of company coming friday for Serena's performance of Alice in Wonderland...
So I've got to get the house cleaned..lol

This week is my best week since I started the challenge.

1) Eat under 1300 calories - Have not had one meal over 1300 this week.
2) Exercise 4 times a week - I have done 4 classes this week.  Also, went to a dance Saturday night and danced some.  And was not out of breath!!
3) Zip up the size 18 jeans.  Can do that and I even had on a pair of 16W capris that fit and zipped.
4) Weigh under 200 pounds - I weighed 198 1/2 this morning.  Now I'd like to get under 200 with clothes on.  haha  I weighed exactly 200 with my clothes on at Dr. Rod's office.
