today was Vaughn's party

I got up this morning, had coffee and started cooking

hashbrown casserole for him and his friends that spent the night, I nibbled on this while I made

a cheesecake with strawberry topping

a boston creme pie

chili, hot dogs

a fruit tray and a veggie tray, lots of chips and dips, and of course sweet tea

oh, what a day, it has been so great to have days like this, do what I do and eat what I eat without guilt and condemnation

we all had a good day, It was so nice to have everyone over to the new house, just alot more room to spread out

B:  1 egg, 1/2 slice cheese, and 1/2 biscuit
L:  1/2 c. salad, 2 oz. baked pork, 2 meatballs, few bites meatload, and 2 oz. chicken
S:  1/2 c. salad and 2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 c. of a Spanish Rosebud /Blooming onion
D1:1/2 c. salad and 2 oz. grilled chicken, 1 plum
D2:  1/2 c. homemade chili w/ beans, Tbsp. shredded cheese, 4 saltine crackers
S:  Strawberry Pop-Tart (Trying to get a little extra sugar before going to bed and now I may dump!)

Exercise:   Cleaning out a closet, and packing up stuff !

Should be closing on the house sell this week!

Fluids: I did end up getting in 64 oz

I know it looks like where in the heck did 1005 cals come from; but knowing what I was doing yesterday and all the walking the breakfast protein bar was 400 cals and 30 gms protein!
