Daughter Update

 I just spoke with my daughter.  This weekend she is biking from Cincinnati to Bowling Green, Ohio in 3 days.  Thats 180 miles of peddling.  She has finished day 2 and has 135 miles under her belt.  Tomorrow she will finish the last 45.  We will meet them all for lunch in Portage,Ohio the get to the campus rech to see them ride in at the end of Dance Marathon.  This is her second year making this trip.  before that she did the dancing part but thought this was a challenge she was up for, she also raised $1,145.12 for the Children's Miracle Network to be donated to St. Vincent's Children's Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.  I am so proud I wanted to share with my OH Friends.  Amy

The prayers are working... keep them up.  Maybe you could add a prayer I find my key ring with all my keys?

what a great kid! 

 We just got back she finished in the top 6.  After being in the bottom the 1st day and a 1/2.  Once she realized both of her tires were flat.  She had less than 20psi when they need 50-85psi.  She said " Who would have thought a little air would make such a differnce."   The Dance Marathon/ Bike for Tikes raised over $126 thousand, she was the top indivisual in raising funds.  Again a proud mama, Amy

That's incredible.  Is her bottom sore.  I wouldn't be able to walk for a week.  Will she get to meet an Osmond since the money is for The Children's Miracle Network?  You should be bursting with pride.

 Her butt does get sore but she has a gel seat and gel shorts.  So that helps alittle.
