L: 1/2 c. roasted sausage and potatoes, Light Yogurt (Upside Down Pineapple Cake flavored)
S: 1/2 protein bar
D: chips and salsa, 3 oz. steak w/ cheese sauce, few bites of rice, 1 slice of tomatoe and few bites of lettuce w/ sour cream and guacamole (yes , I had mexican)
S: 4 Grape Smirnoff Ice :)
