what did I have

B:  1 banana
S:  Handful of Spicy trail mix
L:  1/2 c. roasted sausage and potatoes, Light Yogurt (Upside Down Pineapple Cake flavored)
S:  1/2 protein bar
D:  chips and salsa, 3 oz. steak w/ cheese sauce, few bites of rice, 1 slice of tomatoe and few bites of lettuce w/ sour cream and guacamole (yes , I had mexican)
S:  4 Grape Smirnoff Ice   :)

Exercise:  What's that????  LOL

Well, rough day food-wise

L: 1/2 turkey rueben, no dressing, no bread (so basically grilled turkey w/sauerkraut and melted swiss
S: pieces of the other half of the rueben
D: turkey burger
S: genisoy chips (19)

Exercise: got out and walked 5 miles in an hour with my dog :o)

Where do you get the Genisoy chips?

I get them at Kroger's or you can get them on line.  They have a sea salt and vineagr and a barbecue and a white cheddar that is really good (also a ranch but I am not a ranch fan).  They are soy protein and low carbs.
