aggravated
hi everyone went yesterday for doc appointment, drove 2 hours to get there, they took me back at around 3:oo my appointment was at 2:30 (understandable)after i got back there a nurse came in had an attuide wanted to know why i was there, i told her i was in the weight loss program, so she left, and i sat for an hour, and then doc came in spend 5 mintues, and told me, i didn't have to see him until after i got approved, so why did they make the appointment in the first place????
when they gave me the appointment i had just come out of my last dietian class, and went next door to the doc office, they was supposed to have called me (they did not do this)to tell me what i needed done next,(test wise) they said i didn't need anything else and they made me an appointment, again WHY??? and then to cap things oo i called the pharmist to ask about my medicine if it could be crushed. and he had an attiude about that, he said that my high blood pressure could absouble not be crushed up. and i asked about my thyroid pill, he said that the doc whould have to just kiss my but, on that one because i had to take that one the rest of my life, where did that come from???
.sorry everybody just had to vent a little.

this whole process can really get frustrating. the wait for me was the worst. I hope in the end it is all worth it to you.
I owed it to myself to research the duodenal switch before consenting to any other weight loss surgery and so do you. Check out DSFacts.com and DuodenalSwitch.com for more information. Remember think twice, cut once, revisions are risky and revision surgeons are rare.

just take this time to get yourself ready, it can get very frustraiting waiting and wondering, it took me over a year to get approved, mainly because in the weight loss program, I wasn't told I had to see my family dr. 6 months straight without missing an appt. well I miss one appt. and had to go like 4 more months, etc. etc. just hang in there, your time will come, use this time to educate yourself, and try out protein powders, research foods you can eat, etc.
