Going to bed early so I will start it off.  Stress REALLY effects my band and it has been a rough day
B: cottage cheese and fruit

L: 2 oz chicken (did not tolerate it) and 6 oz carb conscious yogurt with TVP flakes
S: string cheese and edamame beans
D: none
S: Genisoy crisps and protein ice cream

B:  StarBECK's skinny cini dulce latte

L1:  1/2 snicker's protein bar

L2:  other 1/2 of the snicker's protein bar

D:  2 bites of hoppin john, 2 bites of veggies and about a 3 oz cubed pork steak w/ F/F white gravy on top

S:  Key Lime Cookie Straws  (not as bad as I expected when i looked at the label;  130 calories,7 fat,17 carb, 1 protein)

S:  might make a CIB before bed if I stay up very long.

Today's Intake:
B:  Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the bun.
S:  Handful of trail mix
L:  turkey and cheese wrap
S:  Mini-Caramel Popcorn cakes (caramel) by Orville Reddenbacher
D:  1/2 c. roasted potatoes and polish sausage
S:  100 cal. brownie and WW cheese snack

Exercise:  Too cold for me to walk this evening.
