OK, now I have time for a proper response!

Pasta doesn't bother me but on the band board you'll see that many being can't tolerate it.  Maybe that was he culprit.  Sorry about the PB episode and feeling crummy.  Make warm drinks.  It'll help it feel better quicker.  Do you like apple cider?  My Walmart has instant S/F apple cider with the hot chocolate stuff....try it....yummy!

I had to relearn how to eat with my last two fills.  Took about a week each time.  New thing with this last fill is pouchy can only tolerate a 1/2 cup MAX.....anything more and it's in my throat.  Getting stuck isn't any worse this time though.  The fill I had in August was when I had the stuck problems so much....finally figured out it was the size of the bite, how much it was chewed and the speed that I took the next bite.

Hopefully, it will be a quick learning curve for you!

I am right there with you guys!  My fill (about a month ago) has had a major learning curve with it.  Sometimes I feel like a surgically induced bulimic.  I got up this morning and had a fla****ered down diet coke on my nightstand that was room temperature (gross, I know); but I took a drink of that and...
I am learning if I do not start my day with a warm liquid I can not eat or drink till about noon.  Also, the size of the bite is very tiny.....I know now what they meant about the "pencil eraser" bites.
Chicken might work one day; but not the next....it is a crap shoot.  Also, stress clamps it down like a catholic school-girl chastity belt.  My daughter and I have been arguing and for once in my life I can NOT eat when stressed or I pay the price.
Cold water in the morning will make me yak as well.  I can't decide if I like being this tight or not....but I certainly know I have restriction

I am right there with you guys as well. I did really good right after ( the first 2 weeks) after my last fill. Getting use to TINY bites and chew chew chew again. I lost like 6 pounds in 2 weeks. Well, for the last 2 weeks I have played with the same 4 pounds and they are 4 of the 6 I lost those weeks....ARGH.

Becca, We had talked about being about the same when we started etc before. I finally broke 170 with that 6 pound loss. I am struggling to stay under it though!

Can't eat pasta at all, and tuna and chicken are hit or miss. I have been really stressed at work this week and unable to get anything down other than liquids during my work day. I am fine (tight by workable) in the evenings. I think this is part of the up and down problem.

Keep up the good work ladies.
Susan
