Today's Intake:
B: 3 oz. baked pork chop (leftover from dinner), 4 saltine crackers
S: Mozzarella stick and handful of nuts and raisins
L: few bites of chicken and rice (it was a Zataran's microwaveable pouch - I didn't like it)
S: 4 saltine crackers and a handful of nuts and raisins
D1: Veggie patty
S: 1 oz. Doritos
D2: Stuffed Chicken breast from wal-mart, 1/4 c. green beans, slice of toast
S: 1/2 biscuit w/ butter
Exercise: Walking at the lake with Holli :) I had fun even though I didn't feel very energetic. lol

I had my fill a week ago Monday and I didn't think it amounted to a hill of beans...that is until the party on Saturday! Remember I had to make myself eat that one stinkin hot wing, Sonja?
Anyway, I've been trying to figure things out since then but now I have a handle on it....I can only tolerate 1/2 a cup in volume at a time....any more than that and it's a guaranteed trip to the porcelain throne! Oh yeah, I'm just not hungry anymore either....what's up with that?? not that I'm complaining.....
So, here's my day:

L: 1/2 cup chicken salad
S: a small handful of tortilla chips
D: salad plate of steak nachos...w/ 2% shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa
S: McD's S/F N/F vanilla latte
OK, time to quit coasting along without counting grams and such as It's going to be a challenge to get my protein in unless I'm diligent
