taco dip recipe needed!
Basically it's just a layered dip....
bottom layer - 1 can refried beans ( i use FF beans)
1 1/2 lbs ground beef cooked with a package of taco seasoning.
1 jar salsa
1 large container sour cream
1 bag shredded cheese
Sprinkle sliced tomatoes,sliced black olives and sliced green onions.
You can make these low fat two by using ff or light sour cream, lean meat or ground turkey.... 2% shredded cheese... however you'd like...
Just make sure you let the meat cool before layering everything
