spring fling challenge goals..week number 4?

Well I managed to hit all my goals even though I've had a cold over the weekend.
I walked 10 mins each day
i had over 60 oz of water more like 70+ each day
and I had between 50 and 70 protein a day.


Highest Weight 335                      When I came home 330.2
Surgery Weight 321.4                   Current 170

    well i did pretty good this week i walk for 30 mintues a couple of times and took the steps at work more the scale moved a little i think i lost about one and a half pounds
