Today's Intake:
B: 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese
L: 1/2 c. spaghetti, slice of parmesan and garlic toast
S: SF NF Latte from McD's
S: Plum
D: 2 buffalo chicken wings, few bites of a blooming onion (way too greasy), and a handful of roasted peanuts
S: 1/2 c. Spaghetti and another slice of toast
S: 5 peanut butter and crackers
EXERCISE: Squats, Lunges, and Bicep curls. Too rainy and cold for me to go to the track.

Today was a house-cleaning laundry doing day....have to catch up before going back to work tomorrow:

L: 3 oz grilled chicken, spinach salad (leftovers yum). 1/2 c Gardettos pretzels
S: slice provolone cheese, handful of garbanzo beans
D: 8 oz turkey habanero sausage with mixed veggies, slice of avocado and RF sour cream
S: Protein ice cream
No "formal" exercise as I think I could have slept all day today....
