Looking for NKY WLS friends

I live in the Northern KY area and am looking for WLS friends to get togther. With nice weather coming, it would be great to have a group with this in common to perhaps meet at a park and walk or what ever. I had my surgery in Cincinnati and my support group there is primarily from there and north. Would love to have an unofficial support group of sorts on thLook is side of the river.
Look forward to your responses. I love seeing the posts from the KY group in the Louisville area, seems like they have so much fun and enjoy each others company.

Susann you are welcome to join us anytime we have a get together whether it be go out for lunch or a group party etc.  We have 3 folks that come from the Cincy area to join into our fun

I didn't mean to sound that I felt unwelcomed by you all! I am sorry if it came across that way. I would love to join some of your activities, but it is a hike with a 3 year old, full time job and a husband to do that very often, ifyou know what I mean.

 I am from Delhi (west of Cincy) and I go south to meet with the Louisville skinny girls.  Last weekend I brought my friend from Independence with me. We had a blast.  The NKY group from St. Luke's meets for support the 3rd tuesday from noon to 1:30 and the 4th Tuesday from 5:30- 7.  This week is a clothing exchange.  Come and join us.  Amy

Hi Susann, I live in Florence.  I'm a lap bander from Dr. Sonnanstine and love the idea of your support group.  Feel free to email me anytime if you'd like to get together.  I have 3 1/2 year old boy girl twins and would love someone to go to the park with or take a walk etc...

I would be interested and as the pregnancy lets my wife might be interested also. RIght now it is me and the 2 dogs doing 4-5 1/2 hour walks a day with it warming up these times will be increaed or I will start trying to run part of the time also. Just email me and let me know.
