No Bake Cherry/Blueberry Dessert
1-10 inch angel food cake
1 large box sugar free vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 cup sour cream (I use light)
1 can cherry (or any flavor) lite pie filling
Tear the angel food cake into bite size pieces in the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Mix the pudding, milk and sour cream together until thick and pour over the angel food cake. Put the pie filling on top. Refrigerate for a few hours.
EDIT: This recipe makes 12 servings.
It's 184 calories per serving unless you use regular pie filling and then I add 5 calories per serving.
Also, I have a friend who made this with apple pie filling and she said it was really good too.

You're welcome, Kelly. It was great to finally meet you last night.
You know, I was just thinking, which is scary thing in itself. When you get to the mushy stage. You could make this leaving off the angel food cake and instead of the cherry pie filling, you could use the glaze for either strawberry or peach pie. I think they make one that's sugar free. That would be something sweet you could eat without too many calories. If you don't use the angel food cake. You could probably subtract 60 or 70 calories from this.
