Okay since this was such a hit here is the recipe::

2 small boxes of instant sugar free pudding

** I use French vanilla or vanilla (if I use vanilla then I add a splash of pure vanilla extract

3 cups milk (I use skim)

1 box of low-fat cinnamon graham crackers (you can use regular but I like the flavor that these add)

12 oz sugar free cool whip

1 can of reduced sugar chocolate frosting

Mix together pudding and mil****il thick. Fold in cool whip. In a pan put down graham crackers then top with pudding. Keep making layers until you get to the top. Put the frosting in the microwave for about 20 seconds and spread a little bit on the top layer of graham crackers.

NOTE: For a pan the size I made last night you would double this recipe.

HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYS THIS RECIPE. MY FAMILY LOVES IT!!!

OMG!!!!  This sounds awesome!  You don't know how good it sounds right now, especially considering I'm in the middle of my 10 day liquid preop diet...lol!!  This is so hard.  I can't even drink protein drinks.  I never realized how much I liked being able to feed things into my mouth....lol!!   Thanks for the awesome recipe!  At least I can fantasize about having this wonderful dessert in about a month or two!
