Thought I would start this early as I may not be able to get on OH when I get home.

Today's Intake:

B:  Slice of Pepperoni Pizza
S:  Handful of Trail Mix
L:  3 oz. baked chicken, handful of BBQ chips, 1/2 c. OJ
S:  Plum
D:  Was going to make spaghetti but not sure now as Donovan has gone to VA...............may do a Ham or Turkey wrap instead.
S:  Handful of chips
S:   4 Peanut Butter and Crackers


Exercise:  Going to aim for 1 mile today and some butt and thigh work!  Squats and Lunges mostly!

B; Protein Shake
L ( went out) 1/4 of Rueben Sand. with out bread and dressing
    Chips
S 1 oz beef jerky
    1 ser RF wheat thins
D: Turkey Sausage
    1 Ravioli  kinda didnt go down very well

35 minutes on ellitpical
30 min strength training.

Hi all, went on a walking tour of Malibu and Hollywood today...
B: protein bar and fresh fruit
S: protein bar
L: grilled mahi with pico de gallo and refried beans and guacamole
S: seafood chowder, ahi tuna and a bloody mary
D: protein bar and cheese

Totals: 1277                    Fat: 27              Pro: 137                    Carbs: 104

Exercise: 1 hour weight training, 35 minutes cycling and LOTS of walking
