 Today's Intake:

B:  Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the muffin

L:  Cheeseburger w/ xtra pickles minus 1/2 the bun

S:  Handful of Cashews, 2 mini-mint patties

D:  3 oz. baked chicken, bite of steamed cauliflower and brocolli, slice of french toast

S:  Handful of Caramel Mini-Popcorn Cakes

EXERCISE:  Didn't happen today.....too rainy and I am too sluggish!  I know........bad excuse.

Better late than never, I will still post my accountability

Started off great, but the Los Angeles mood got to me....LOL
B: protein bar
S: protein bar
L: Asian chicken salad and edamame (didn't tolerate it and gave it all back)
S: string cheese
D: grilled mahi, 1/2 a hamburger bun, 12 French fries, tall Black and Tan
S: Vanilla ice cream (1/2 and 1/2 with yogurt) and fresh berries

Totals: 1710             Fat: 52            Pro: 106                Carb: 191


No exercise except walking; gave a 3 hour presentation so did have my endorphins running   LOL
