It is so nice to be back home and reading the boards! Today's Intake: B: Ham and Swiss Lunchable S: Dark Chocolate filled wafer L: 3 oz. grilled steak, few bites of salad, chips and salsa S: Handful of Peanut M&M's D: 1 c. I am on liquids fill today and sipping very slow my kool-aid and I had some SF ice cream thats all today slept most of the day after I got home from Dr.

I am thinking it is a REALLY good thing I am leaving San Antonio today!    I do great until the evening and then I have NO will power against the margaritas and authentic chips and guacamole and the real Mexican cuisine that hits you in the face with ALL the wonderful smells as soon as you walk out the door!
B: egg white veggie and ham omelet and fresh fruit
S: 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/3 of an apple
L: 1/2 cheese enchilada, grilled chicken and black bean sauce with pico de gallo
S: Margarita and chips and salsa
D: 1/2 green chicken enchilada, chips, guacamole
S: shredded chicken

Exercise: 50 minutes cycling and 30 minutes weight lifting

Fluids.....TONS (and no they were not all margaritas!   LOL)
