ACCOUNTABILITY March 7 Saturday
Today wasn't the best eating day but I'm going to post it. I went out with my church ladies for breakfast but overdid it.
B: 1 scrambled egg, 4 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of wheat toast with butter and jelly
L: Ham sandwich, cauliflower and light sour cream
D: Manwich, small corn on the cob, lima beans, 1 slice angel food cake, 1 tbsp cream cheese
Total calories-1245
No exercise.

Ohhhh, I was so bad today. Did really well until I hit the Mexican restaurant on the San Antonio Riverwalk.
B: 2 cottage cheese pancakes and 2 hard boiled eggs
S: Carb conscious yogurt
L: 2 turkey hot dogs, 6 crackers and 6 strawberries
S: 0.8 oz peanuts and string cheese
D: (Here is where I go wrong): Cheese, 1/3 basket chips, salsa, guacamole, chicken and beans and a Margarita
S: 1/3 basket chips and guacamole
Cals: 1800 Fat: 75 Protein: 83 Carb: 120
Fluids, about 120 oz
Exercise: 30 minutes cycling and 40 minutes of weight training (burned about 600 cals)
