First off let me express my distaste for the matter in which you contacted me regarding this entire Dr S/ Dr C situation. Your last statement you made on the post regarding this entire matter was....
"It seems to me the ones really making all the noise aren't involved in what is going on anyway, so why not just let things die down instead of keeping it going!"
Now you have the audacity to pm me a letter regarding the so called Mal practice issues surrounding one of the surgeons involved and inform me that one of the surgeons is contacting the others patients regarding their care? You cut, copy, and paste me statements from a private email you received from Brenda? If there are actual legalities involved in Dr S leaving the facility...you and Brenda have both breached them by making the statements that were made. I think that you are right...Brenda might be upset with you for sending this information to me when she sent it to you but that will have to be dealt with between the two of you. I could care less either way. I make my decisions based on the facts that are presented by the people involved...not an advocate, assistant, patient, or any other third party. Nine times out of ten they don't have the whole picture either and cannot know every detail of everything despite their efforts to try to. Only the people and facilities immediately involved are the most informed. What you sent me borders on defamation of character pro se and I would advise that you not pursue this matter any further unless you are willing to open yourself up to legal liability in this matter. While you may think "she knows much more than any of us do or ever will" you are sadly mistaken. I backed off this matter. I strongly suggest you back off me!
