I am still doing good, but another thing for the list.  No EAS protein.  Killed me.  That was the only thing different yesterday.  So, Chike or Unjury protein for me till I am brave enough to try again.  Yech!

That's all just a little whining.  Hope you all have a good Wednesday night.  I am gong to get my pj's on a relax.  Trying to act normal at work took a lot of energy.

Yeah, I have had some good and bad days.  It's just part of the healing process.  Most days have been really good.  It was fun meet you guys too.  I just left as soon as the meeting ended.  I really was tired.  I think I have been overdoing it a little.

Hope to feel better tomorrow.

sorry to hear the EAS is no good for you. I started protein today and so far so good. but was kinda wondering if I should still be eating popsicles... should I worry about calories or not....

I guess part of me just wants to worry about how much I am eating so I still loose weight... even though I just had RYN last week...

Well, hope you feel better... looks like we are headed on the same path!

I havent had the fudgsicles yet. I saw them at the store and wondered and was very tempted. They came in a combo pack of creamsicles (my all time favorite), the fudgsicles and regular popsicles... I was worried that the carb load on the S/F might be to high so I opted to pass them up. I guess I was concerned that the creamsicles and fugdsicles would be too heavy on my new system (both calories and carbs)... I wasnt sure so I passed them up.

I can't do EAS either, but I know people who like it..  Everyone is different,  I had to try a ton of different proteins untill I found one I liked.

I lived on sugar free popsicles and fudgesicles in the beginning.
