munchies

The munchie monster has taken over my body again!!   I am trying hard to resist, but the monster has my mind all in a whirl.  I am going to go on my walk in 5 minutes - hopefully that will quiet him down!!   I wish I had a munchie monster machine gun!!

Well if you find that munchie monster machine gun can you come over and be the terminator to my munchie monster.   I didn't even journal my food,,   I hate a whole darn bag of those speckled eggs malted milk mini eggs  1400 calories    I did work out but not enough to cover 1400 calories I am so ashamed of myself but at least admitting it on here

wow thanks Sandi now I know I am not alone.    Today I am starting fresh and following weigh****chers with my daughter she has lost 40 lbs in 8 weeks

i have ate a whole sleeve of thin mints g.s cookies, and half  a roll of ritz crackers

I have to say I just love all you girls to pieces, I have done well today, but last night, the munchie monster visited me, and he was sooooooooo mean!!! lol. I need my own munchie monster machine gun!!

can't wait till it warms up so we can all get out of the house, and walk, and stay outside later in the evening!!

Only here can I admit things like this and know that I am not judged, frowned upon or belittled!   I LOVE you guys!  Safety in numbers :o)

   My munchie monster is bigger than yours is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!you see I am preop and I could EAT your munchie monster myself. He he he!  I am bad in the afternoon. Once I go up for the night I am done eating..... I should go now...so as not to eat.

we support each other alot!! Only here can I really tell you how I have struggled this winter. I need warm weather so I can move.. Next year, im buying a new tradmill or eleptical for WINTER!!
