This one time....in
Band Camp.....

OK, If I start the post that makes me accountable to myself to step up to the plate (pun intended)!


EXERCISE: 

30 minutes on the exercise bike.  I firgured that was good for a start since I haven't been to the Y in about 2 months now PLUS I haven't gotten clearance from Dr. Larson for exercise yet.

FLUIDS: 1

7oz water, 24 oz crystal light, 8 oz milk, (more to come later)

FOOD:

B: Starbeck's skinny cini dulce latte (8 oz milk = 8 gr protein)
L: 1 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/4 cup pineapple (24 gr protein)
S:  SBL cereal bar (10 gr protein)
S:  a few blue corn chips
D:  2 squares of pizza (not sure if that equals 2 slices or not....they looked smaller to me)
S: S/F chocolate pudding


UPDATE:   TOM and girl scout cookies arrived on the same day.....I'll take my beating later...

I did okay today.  But we need to get rid of that pizza that's here!!!!

B:  Blueberry muffin, 2 prunes
L:  1 slice Domino' Hawaiian Feast pizza, 1 slice angel food sugar free cake, 1 tbsp cream cheese
S:  String cheese
D:  Arby's regular roast beef, 100 cal Ritz snack mix, rice krispie treat
S:  Apple

Exercise:  1 hour of zumba

16 oz of OJ (all together through out the day) 4 p

Grilled Cheese Sand. 7 p (not such a great idea. I have a tummy ache now )

had over 70 oz of fluids today

Today....
B: 2 cottage chees pancakes, 4 oz yogurt and slice f cheese
S: 4 oz cottage cheese
L: 5 oz turkey breast and 2 slices swiss
S: none
D: Broiled sea scallops, blackened redfish and 2 red potatoes
S: an orange

Cals: 1091                  Fat: 25                     Carbs: 75                     Pro: 119
Quite nice to eat such wonderful seafood but I can eat so little and I waste SOOOOO much (I feel guilty not eating more and seafood just doesn't "save for later" very well)

Exercise: 30 minutes weight training and 35 minutes bicycle

Fluids, ....gallons of water after the salt in the seafood  :o)
