  ok i have not been working on my goals i need a good kick in the back side i have gotten lazy after i got sick a week ago so this week my goal is too get out and walk for 30 minutes when the weather gets warnner.

Really rough week with my daughter this past week and preparing for my 3 trips has gotten in the way of life as well.  I met one of my goals and barely missed the other two:
Protein higher than carbs 5/7 days: No, not met: made 4/7 days
Cycling 3 X a week for 30 minutes min: No, made 2/3 days for over 30 minutes each
Weight training 4/7 days: Yes, met
