I met all but one of my goals.  I didn't exercise but 3 days last week.  Haven't got to weigh in today.  I'll do it tomorrow.  I'm telling you what...one of my goals was to journal what I ate...It's working!  By the end of last week, I had lost 5 pounds!  AND I weighed in with JEANS on!  I know the loss was from journaling.  Now, my calories weren't always as low as they should have been, but I know I was eating less/better than I had been.  And exercise and water is helping as well. 
On a side note...just had my last weigh in with my PCP.  I get to pick up my chart from her tomorrow and send it off to Dr. Geller's office for submitting.  I'm on my way!!!

Ok...I was not exactly on the best ground this past week....not eating for four days and catatonic as well...lol   But I did manage to get in alot of exercise shopping with Sarah for 6 hours Sunday and dancing at the competition as well. Parents get to go out on the floor and do dances too! Cupid shuffle, Electric slide, etc....only way to cure sore backs and flat butts from sitting for 10 hours!  It was fun though! I pigged out Sat and then Sunday did a little better! I wasnted food with flavor so ate alot of diff things! But today I am back on track...taking Dale out for dinner for B-day! Gonna keep it light though! I have been hanging pics, watering plants, and cleaning the store. So I have moved some today! Gotta do the same at home tonight and play with B. Cannot pick him up for next three weeks...that sucks! They will let me get up and walk tomorrow afternoon so you can bet I will be pacing those halls! Lol....Time to update ticker....not looking forward to that! It moved but in the wrong direction!

Ok girls! I've been so on track.. Yeah for me...
Not only did I exercise 5 days this past week, but i did it all 7....
I dropped another 4 lbs.. yeah!

I agree Kelly .. journaling helps alot!!!
Congrats on the loss!!!

LeeAnn, so glad that your up and feeling better!!! I bet you were out there on that dance floor shakin your booty!! U go girl!!!

Not too bad this week.

I didn't go over 1300 calories at all.
I only exercised 3 times instead of 4.  One was for 3 hours but it still wasn't 4 times.
I can zip up the size 18's if I lay flat on the bed the first time.  No where near zipping up comfortably.
I'm headed to onederland.  I weighed in at 203 1/4 this morning.

Also, a girl is trying to talk me into running a 5k in a few weeks.  If I do this, I won't have to worry about the exercise.

  Well lets see.. I have no idea what I have done this week.. bad day!!
    I did exercise 4 out the 7.. cold weather set in and killed my mojo..
Im up 1.4 but that is fluid retention and is all ready on its way out.. I had to move my wedding bands to a new finger AGAIN.
   I did not acheive my goal of not stress or mood eating!!! This is so not been the week for that!!
  SO ladies as the creator of the spring challenge, I APOLOGIZE!!! It  has not been a meet your goals week!!
IM SO PROUD FO YOU ALL!!!!!!

Well Nicci and I didnt get to exercise too much last week we managed 2 days of exercise and 1 day of thermal pool swimming.   She dropped 7 lbs I think cant remember exactly and I lost .2 lbs grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr hope to do better this week today I took my last steroid pill yeah now maybe I can get back on track and my leg (knock on wood is feeling good)

I got on the scale this morning and I had lost 6 pounds since last Monday.  I had walked 5 of 7 days and I did alot better with the water and the emotional eating.  I was very happy!

But then today I fell back into the emotional eating and was just wanting to eat everything in sight!  I really don't even know what set me off.  Today was not a good day.  Tomorrow is a new day and I will get up and try again.

I have done pretty well with all my goals. I have hit each one right on this past week. And the scale is down to 248 ! Not sure how much I have lost since last week. Cause watching the weight wasn't one of my goals.

Band Camp.....

Vicki and I are still losey goosey on our goals what with my health and her moving BUT we did meet up for lunch this past Friday and do plan on being walk buddies as soon as the weather warms up just a touch!

For myself, I did manage to actually get back into the gym today.  Didn't do much though because I'm not yet cleared by Doc Larson for anything physical.  I decided something cardiovascular was likely OK though.  I kept it light and only did 5.5 miles on the exercise bike in 30 minutes.  My scale is up this moring but TOM arrived today.  I also don't mind a slight increase i nweight since I will be gunning for a tweak to my fill level when I see Doc Larson tomorrow.  I don't need much but it's been 7 months since my last fill and I can tell a difference....
