Happy March everyone!

Today's Intake:

B:  Egg McMuffin minus 1/2 the muffin (18g P)

S:  1 nectarine

L:  1 c. of Shrimp and Chicken Jambalaya (20g P)

S:  4 butter biscuit crackers (3g P) and a handful of BBQ Pork Rinds (3g P)

D:  Going to be another cup of Jambalaya (20g P)

S:  Not sure yet.

EXERCISE:  Just housecleaning!

D: 1 cup White Chicken chili ( Made the recipe from Bariatriceating.com) 170

S: Weight Watchers Oreo Ice cream bar (YUM) 130

I didn't do the best today but not the worst either.

B:  Blueberry muffin, 2 prunes
L:  Wendy's Mandarin Chicken Salad
D:  1 piece Domino's Hawaiian pizza, banana peppers, angel food cake, 1 tbsp cream cheese

Around 1086 calories.  And I won't have anything else today.

No exercise today.

L: pita chips (whole wheat) few bites of a Maryland Crab Cake (The REAL THING) and slice of cheese

D: turkey italian sausage and spinach and cheese ravioli
