Today's Intake:

B:  6 Pnut butter and crackers, pack of peanut M&M's (8g P)

L:  Lean Cuisine Chicken/Cheese/ Rice thing (14g P)

S:  EAS Carb Control Protein Drink - Strawberry Creme (17g P)

S:  1/2 protein bar (10g P)

D:  3 oz. cooked chicken, 1/4 c mashed potatoes, 1/4 c green beans (24g P)

S:  1/2 bagel w/ p-nut butter, 1/2 c OJ mixed with water and ice (7g P)

 EXERCISE:  1.2 miles at the track.  It was 66 degrees this evening when I went for my walk and it felt WONDERFUL!

Well I didnt eat much today so didnt go on Dailyplate or count my proteins

I had a lean cusine pizza for dinner after support group and have had 1 gallon today of grape koolaid with splenda

I wonder about making koolaid with Splenda..
Do you just use the reg kool aid packs with the big bags of splenda? I wonder if it's cheaper in the long run to do it this way?

Katrina I buy the reg koolaid 5 for 1.00 at Meijers and then buy the big bags of splenda at Sams they are 11.00 and some change and bigger bags and cheaper than at the regular grocery stores.   Hubby and I go through 2 gallons a day and its cheaper than buying the to go packs that you add to water.   I love kool aid  Grape, Lime and tropical punch.   NO CALORIES
