CORN POPS???   OK, i'm moving to Lisa's house!!!  She's got the good stuff!!   Yum yum!!!


Another oddball day today....tomorrow I've really gotta start tracking things but the scale did go down half a pound for me, including the 9 pound post-op gain I had from Friday so I'm not going to worry too much.

B: maybe 1/2 my coffee/milk combo
S:  a few tortilla chips and fresh salsa
L: 4 sausage balls
D:  One of those healthy choice steamer thingies
S:  I'm thinking S/F cook and serve pudding....I'll try not to lick the bowl clean


Exercise was nil but I'm thinking it's time to start my cardio even if I can't do any weight lifting until I see the doc next Tuesday (dang nabbit!!  I just remembered that I forgot to call and make the appointment!).  OK, here's my personal goal for tomorrow.....30 minutes on the treadmill.....

I guess it's time for my confession.  I can't believe I did what I did for supper.

B:  Blueberry muffin, 2 prunes
L:  Cabbage, mashed potatoes, pinto beans, 1/2 piece cornbread
D:  1/2 basket of tortilla chips, salsa, grilled chicken, rice

I sat there talking and eating chips and eating chips.  I looked down and the basket I was sharing was gone.  I was at a birthday party (didn't eat cake) and was sharing the basket.  This tells me that I can't eat and talk at the same time because I eat too much.  Hate to see what the scales say tomorrow though.

Did not exercise at all.

OK Everyone!
Looks like we have all slacked on our exercise today so for tomorrow's accountability - let's make sure we have some activities to post!!!!!!

And for those of you who did exercise!!!!!  GREAT JOB!

OK I did my exercise!!! 2 plus miles at the indoor walking track during my son's basketball practice..

HOWEVER.........................................................
My eating was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I grazed all day.. it was aweful I can't even remember everything I put it my mouth.. Including ice cream..UGH

so I will not be accountable today..LOL... Tomorrow is a new day

 I  have to confess. I felt guilty about the brownies so went and walked 20 minutes more than my regular stacking of wood and carrying wood. I was horrrible yesterday!! bad bad!!
