weekly challenge for SPRING FLING!!!
Good job...looks like everyone is putting forth an honest effort and really trying to obtain their goals. Kelly-GREAT JOB! You are building good habits early!
Mine were:
4 days out of 7 resistance training: done that (MWFS)
3 days a week of cycling at least 30 min: done that (TRS)
Protein higher than carbs 5/7 days: Done that 7/7 days.
I am worried about the upcoming weeks since I will be traveling a lot...but I will deal with that when I get there

1. drink 64 oz of water every day
I did not meet this goal, mostly I was at 46 oz a day.
2. do some type of physical activity everyday
Walked 30 minutes 4 days last week. Plus I took care of 2 two year old's! I found muscles that I did not know existed.
3. stop emotional eating
I did okay with this but not great, some days were better than others.
I am back home now and back in my routine. I plan to work on meeting these goals this week!
The good news is that I lost about 2 pounds.

Well, needless to say, that isn't happening this week, but I AM walking miles every day at this convention, so I guess that counts for something! Dannyell, you've been sick, so you've done really good, I think - sorry I haven't been in touch more this week and haven't been there for you!!
