weekly challenge for SPRING FLING!!!
Ok, girlies. It has been one week today.. Hopefully you have been in contact with your Partners and set your goals.. I know alot of us have things going on and but we are going to forge ahead till april 16th. Remeber everyone has bad days.. SO update please!!! How's it going?
My update is.... Starting weight 176... todays weight is 173.5. Up half a pound from yesterday but that could be anything, probably PMS..
I did pretty good with my moving twenty minutes a day. I did count grocery shopping and painting!!!

First 80.5 pounds lost with 3cc's in a 14 ccband now at 7cc's in 14cc band
Congrats on the loss! I started at 292 and today was 289, so 3 pounds for me! (Although weight isn't one of my goals...just a side effect.) My goals were:
1. Journal what I eat everyday and report it to my partner (done...although a couple of days late!)
2. Exercise 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes a day (done)
3. Eat 60 grams of protein (got 5 of 7 days)
4. Drink 8 glasses of water (got 6 of 7 days)
Not to bad for the first week of getting on track. I feel like I"m getting sick now. Achey and coughing. Having a hard time wanting to drink/eat anything today.

This week I haven't done the best and I haven't done the worst. I have lost weight. I weighed 210 last week, although my gym showed 211.2. This morning, on my scales, I weighed 205.75.
Okay, here goes:
Goal 1: To exercise 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes a time (I exercised 3 times for an hour at a time)
Goal 2: No more than 1300 calories a day (accomplished all 7 days)
Goal 3: Zip size 18 jeans and them be comfortable (I haven't tried that this week)
Goal 4: Below 200 pounds by the end of the challenge (I'm at 205.75 now so headed in the right direction)
Good going to everyone who signed up for the challenge and to those who didn't too. We are all in this together.
